Job summary

Pinnacle Live, an in-house AV and event production company, is seeking a Senior Sales Manager for our designated hotel sales team. You will drive the sales process from lead to contract, focusing on large-scale production opportunities and delivering Gold Standard customer experiences.

In this role, you’ll manage quotes, scopes of work, and pricing, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution and post-event follow-up.

• Proven project management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to solve problems and remove obstacles for clients.

Responsibilities

• Generate and revise scope of work, quotes, proposals, and contracts for hotel leads seeking AV services.
• Follow the Catalyst Sales Process for lead prequalification, quote generation, contracting, pricing and negotiations.
• Develop a personal and team sales strategy with CRM-driven activity reporting.
• Build relationships and communicate with In-Venue Sales and National Director of Venue Sales.
• Represent Pinnacle Live during site visits, planning meetings, and debriefs.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout the sales and event lifecycle.
