Job summary

Qualifications

• BS, MS or PhD in Engineering or related discipline or equivalent combination education and experience.
• Strong Python and SQL programming and high quality software development for AI tools.
• Experience with ELT pipelines for product quality analysis and data-driven evaluation methods.

Responsibilities

• Define an AV evaluation process that spans from conception through implementation for end-to-end ML stack releases.
• Provide hands-on implementation of infrastructure solutions to assess AV performance using simulation and on-road data.
• Identify metrics to improve evaluation workflows and plan implementation paths.
• Contribute to automated triage strategies for AV deficiencies and present findings to stakeholders.
• Articulate insights and recommendations to AV developers and executives based on ongoing analysis.
• Maintain scalable processes to monitor evaluation KPIs and link them to safety cases and compliance.
