Job summary

EY in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced AV design and deployment specialist to drive strategic planning, design capture, and implementation of conference room solutions across office projects. You will lead collaboration with Real Estate, Facilities, IT PMO, Architecture and project teams to ensure rooms meet business needs.

Work with vendors and internal teams to optimize room layout, power, data, and end-user experience while maintaining cost efficiency and global design consistency.

Qualifications

• College degree in related technology field.
• Approximately 8 to 10 years of experience in Consulting or Product/Project Management.
• CTS-I, CTS-D preferred certification.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BRM on key initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
• Attend steercos with business line executives, OMPs and decision makers.
• Develop trusted advisor status with business lines.
• Ensure technologies are applied correctly and aligned to expectations.
• Drive the AV experience design for office projects.
• Manage the RFP process for conference room solutions and coordinate vendor recommendations.
