Job summary

General Motors' AV Fleet Data Engineering team seeks a Senior Calibration Engineer to lead calibration, integration, and validation of production-level data recording across vehicle programs and software platforms. Expect to work across vehicles, benches, simulation environments, and connected fleet campaigns in a hybrid work setting.

You will collaborate with software, systems, platform, quality, and data engineering teams to ensure configurations are accurate, reliable, scalable, and capable

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience in automotive software integration, calibration, validation, or data-collection systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering activities.
• Strong understanding of vehicle electrical/software systems and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own calibration strategy, configuration development, and deliverables for ADAS data recording.
• Lead integration of data recording software and configurations into vehicles and simulations.
• Plan end-to-end validation with test plans, execution, and defect tracking.
• Mentor calibration engineers and partner teams on technical guidance and knowledge sharing.
