Qualifications
- 5+ years in systems engineering or automotive software.
- BS degree in Electrical/Computer/Mechanical/Systems Engineering or related.
- Ability to lead cross-functional technical activities.
- Experience translating needs into system requirements and verification criteria.
- Familiarity with requirements management/traceability tools, preferably DNG.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze stakeholder, customer, ADAS, AV, regulatory needs.
- Decompose requirements into system-level specifications and interfaces.
- Define system strategies for recording triggers, data quality, and privacy.
- Develop test strategies and validation plans for new functionality.
- Coordinate with software and platform teams on requirements and risks.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to reusable system engineering work.
