Job summary

AVI-SPL, Inc. is seeking a role focused on final testing and commissioning of complex Audio-Visual systems across client sites. You will lead technical tasks, coordinate with the Project Manager, and document test results for project closure.

Responsibilities include reading schematics, testing systems, troubleshooting AMX/Crestron and DSP, and configuring networked devices. Some travel to job sites is required; collaboration with engineers and clients is essential.

Qualifications

• Must communicate professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Proficient with test and calibration equipment.
• Able to diagnose complex system problems and troubleshoot.
• Understanding of IP networking and PC proficiency.
• Able to work independently and manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Read schematics and blueprints; verify system functionality.
• Test point-to-point and integrated systems; troubleshoot AMX/Crestron and DSP.
• Configure IP devices and field-install control programs (AMX/Crestron).
• Write DSP code and perform minor programming as directed.
• Travel to multiple job sites as required; assist with client training and final documentation.
