Job summary

Waveguide seeks a Technology Advocate to repair, maintain, upgrade, and install AV equipment for clients. You will coordinate conference guests and services for multipurpose rooms, troubleshoot equipment, and assist clients in conducting meetings in conference spaces.

Essential duties include managing events across spaces, maintaining high-touch customer service, and ensuring AV systems are up to date with firmware and software. Triage ITSM requests and support Tier 2 hardware swaps as needed.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of network connectivity, digital signal flow, and firmware updates.
• Strong understanding of modern AV concepts and troubleshooting ability.
• Experience with laptops, projectors, microphones, and remote participation tech.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage events in multipurpose and conference spaces.
