Job summary

The Freeman Company (TFC) Brands is seeking a Senior Client Relationship Director for our AV Sales group, based in the United States with a hybrid work arrangement (2–3 days in-office/show-site). You will oversee large, complex AV accounts, drive revenue, and lead cross-functional execution to meet client vision.

Responsibilities include managing multi-line accounts, developing proposals, and expanding business with existing and new clients while ensuring exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 8–10+ years managing AV projects, coordinating sales, and on-site events.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce and Workfront preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and internet applications.

Responsibilities

• Owns full account ownership with $3M–$6.5M volume.
• Manages budgets from $850K to $1M.
• Leads multi-line, unstructured accounts and strategy.
• Develops proposals, quotes, and terms in line with policy.
• Maintains client relationships and surfaces new business.
• Supports sales across Freeman Audio Visual solutions.
