Job summary

The Freeman Company is a global leader in events, providing integrated audio visual solutions and client-centered service. The Senior Client Relationship Manager will develop relationships with new and existing accounts, oversee AV project execution, and drive revenue growth across defined markets.

Based in Texas with a hybrid schedule (in-office or show-site 2–3 days weekly), the role requires travel 25–50% and the ability to present proposals, quote terms, and close opportunities while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years experience managing and coordinating projects, on-site event experience.
• Experience with Salesforce; Workfront is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops relationships and solicits business with new and existing accounts.
• Oversees execution of Audio Visual projects and coordinates team efforts.
• Handles orders, billing, and solicits new and repeating business with excellent service.
• Maintains CRM records and attends industry events to generate business.
• Up-sells Freeman Audio Visual solutions and collects future show schedules.
• Travel 25-50% and work on-site or show-site as needed.
