Job summary

Loyola University Chicago is seeking a Senior Technology Coordinator to advance classroom and event technology, leading AV projects and coordinating installations. You will collaborate with faculty and IT teams to implement and test new systems while maintaining daily classroom technology standards.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in a related field and several years of AV experience, with familiarity of Windows/Mac, Crestron, Q-SYS, Zoom, Panopto, and LMS tools, plus a passion for supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in a related field.
• Minimum five years of comparable work experience.
• Experience with AV systems and classroom technology.
• Familiar with Windows and macOS and with Crestron, Q-SYS, Zoom, Panopto, Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support technology upgrade projects and coordinate equipment installations.
• Collaborate with faculty, IT teams, and vendors to modernize learning spaces.
• Manage project timelines and documentation; evaluate emerging technologies.
• Maintain classroom technology standards and support faculty training.
