Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Flight Test Engineer with emphasis on software interface and diagnostics to join our Test and Evaluation team in the United States. You will design and execute test plans, analyze results, and drive improvements for autonomous systems.

The role requires collaboration with software and hardware engineers, product managers, and government partners. A U.S. security clearance is required, and travel to testing locations may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, robotics, or related technical field.
• Proven ability to develop and execute test plans for complex autonomous systems.
• Experience coordinating and executing complex test events
• Experience developing metrics and performance dashboards
• Excellent communication with multidisciplinary teams and customers

Responsibilities

• Work on T&E test programs from start to finish and support existing test programs.
• Coordinate, plan, and execute test events for mission autonomy capabilities utilizing surrogate vehicles.
• Design and implement test plans that challenge autonomous systems across simulated missions.
• Analyze test data to validate performance and identify improvements.
• Collaborate with software/hardware engineers and product managers to define test requirements.
• Lead end-to-end test management and deliver clear reports to teams.
• Coordinate with private and government partners to test systems and software.
• Communicate effectively with government leaders and internal teams
