Qualifications

• Experience: 7–10+ years depending on degree.
• Hands-on calibration and time-alignment of EO/IR and PNT sensors.
• Proven field testing in fast-paced HW/SW/flight ops environments.
• Experience deploying perception software to edge hardware like Jetson.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate software and hardware integration across platforms including UAS and surrogate platforms.
• Drive sensor selection for EO/IR and A-PNT testing; support sensor bring-up and calibration.
• Own fly-fix-fly cycle; deploy Hivemind Pilot stack; define objectives; assess tests.
• Calibrate sensors and time-sync; camera intrinsics/extrinsics; camera-IMU timing.
• Establish data quality standards and data management for field recordings.
• Resolve ambiguities at the software-flight test boundary; maintain progress.
