Booz Allen Hamilton seeks an Autonomy Engineer to drive research, development, integration, deployment, and evaluation of robotic and unmanned systems across DoD domains. You will bridge software and hardware to design, build, test, and demonstrate autonomous capabilities for sensing, navigation, and human interaction.

The role requires 5+ years of C/C++ on Linux-based embedded systems, experience with UAS platforms, and ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience developing and debugging software and algorithms in C/C++ for Linux-based embedded systems.
  • 2+ years of experience with UAS platforms and flight controllers.
  • 2+ years of experience deploying, testing, and debugging embedded system software.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and demonstrate autonomous robotic capabilities for sensing, autonomy, and human interaction.
  • Mentor and supervise team members within a multidisciplinary group.
  • Collaborate across software and hardware domains to deliver integrated solutions.
