Job summary

Blue River Technology, a Santa Clara, CA-based leader in autonomous farming robotics, seeks a Principal Systems Safety Engineer to lead safety frameworks for our end-to-end autonomous solutions. Qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering experience including risk assessment/management and product/functional safety.
• 3+ years of experience developing safety-critical electronic and embedded systems.
• Experience conducting risk assessments for autonomous ground vehicles and safety reviews (HARA, FMEA, etc).
• Architect comprehensive V&V frameworks for end-to-end robotics applications.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with regulatory awareness.
• Experience in startup environments and ability to manage multiple projects.

• Envision and implement V&V frameworks for end-to-end robotics solutions.
• Navigate complex challenges and drive cross-functional problem solving.
