Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, while mentoring a team to boost customer care. A sign-on bonus of $2000 is offered for first-time hires, with a pay range of $20.60–$31.62 per hour and a flat-rate pay structure reflecting regional work and experience.

The role emphasizes ongoing training, ASE certifications, and commitment to accurate, safe vehicle maintenance within Bridgestone teams.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license at all times.
• Skill in brakes, hydraulics, steering and suspension.
• Experience in automotive maintenance and tire repair.
• Current federal/state/local certification/license where applicable.
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical people.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications (brake/hydraulic, exhaust, fuel ignition, electrical, suspension, A/C, computer systems).
• Explain diagnoses and repairs to customers clearly.
• Pursue ongoing training to stay current with automotive technology.
• Assist and train other technicians.
• Aim for ASE certifications (A1–A8) within two years; tests paid by the company, bonuses for passes.
