Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems and lead a team toward improved customer care. You will explain repairs to customers and stay current with evolving automotive technology through paid training.

The role offers on-site work in the U.S. with a pay range of $18.54–$30.76 per hour, plus company benefits and on-the-job training. ASE certifications are encouraged within the first two years.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: valid automobile driver’s license at all times.
• Demonstrated skill in brakes and hydraulics systems and/or steering & suspension and alignments.
• Reading, writing and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-technical individuals.
• Stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology through continuous paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
