Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while using leadership to guide a team toward improved customer care. The role emphasizes hands-on diagnostics and mentoring, with an emphasis on staying current with automotive technology through formal training.

Pay range starts at $23.69 to $35.52 per hour with a flat-rate pay structure. Company benefits include medical, dental, vision, vacation, and 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing drivability and electrical systems.
• Ability to explain technical diagnoses to non-technical people.
• Willingness to pursue ASE certifications within two years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications: brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension, A/C.
• Explain diagnoses and repairs to customers clearly.
• Stay current with automotive tech through paid training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications in at least three A1–A8 within two years.
