Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Lead Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems and mentor a technician team to improve customer care and satisfaction. The role requires ASE certification progress and the ability to train others.

Qualifications

• ASE certifications required or pursued within two years
• Strong brakes diagnosis and repair skills
• Proficiency with electrical/electronic systems
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications: brakes, hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension and A/C
• Explain diagnoses and repairs to customers clearly
• Stay current with automotive tech via training
• Assist/train technicians and mentor team
• Obtain/maintain ASE certifications (A1–A8) within two years
