Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while using leadership and mentoring to elevate customer care and satisfaction. The role offers a flat-rate pay structure with pay that meets legal minimums and rewards expertise.

You will diagnose and repair a broad range of systems, stay current with evolving automotive tech, and train other technicians toward higher performance.

Qualifications

• Ability to explain technical diagnoses to non-technical people.
• Reading, writing and math skills.
• Must have strong brakes and hydraulics knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications for brake and hydraulic, exhaust, ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals.
• Stay current with automotive tech via continuous paid training.
