Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while leading a team toward higher customer satisfaction. Pay reflects a flat-rate model with regional earning potential and company-backed training, certifications, and benefits.

The role requires staying current with evolving automotive technology and mentoring junior technicians, with opportunities for ASE certifications and career progression.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license is required.
Experience with brakes, hydraulics, steering & suspension is preferred.
Competence in general automotive maintenance and tire repair is expected.
Current federal, state and local certification/license where applicable.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair to specifications for brake/hydraulic, exhaust, fuel ignition, electrical, suspension, and A/C systems.
Explain diagnoses and repairs to non-mechanical customers clearly.
Stay current with automotive technology through ongoing training.
Assist and train technicians in technical activities.
Support ASE certification pursuit and maintain applicable credentials within two years.
