Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while mentoring a team toward improved customer care. The role uses a flat-rate pay model and offers ongoing training. ASE certifications supported by the company.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing brakes, hydraulics, suspension, and electrical systems, plus explaining findings to customers and training junior technicians.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing drivability and electrical systems in autos.
• Ability to communicate technical findings to customers clearly.
• Commitment to ongoing training and ASE certifications.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications including brakes, hydraulics, electrical, and suspension.
• Explain diagnoses and repairs to non-mechanical customers.
• Stay current with automotive technology through paid training.
• Assist and train technicians in technical activities.
• Obtain/maintain ASE certifications within two years.
