Job summary

Bridgestone America, Inc. in Nashville, Tennessee, is seeking a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while guiding a team toward better customer care and satisfaction.

The role offers a flat-rate pay model ranging from $19.57 to $31.31 per hour, with company support for ASE certifications and ongoing training. Eligible employees receive comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license at all times and ability to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Brakes/hydraulics, steering, suspension, and alignments experience.
• General automotive maintenance and tire repair skills.
• Certification/license as applicable (federal/state/local).
• 3 years automotive repair experience or equivalent preferred.
• ASE certification in at least one of A1-A8 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications—brake, hydraulic, exhaust, fuel ignition, electrical, suspension, and A/C systems.
• Explain diagnoses and repairs to non‑mechanical customers.
• Stay current with automotive technology through paid training.
• Assist and train technicians in technical activities.
• Pursue ASE certifications (tests paid by company; bonus for each passed).
