Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years store or service advisor experience.
• General automotive knowledge.
• Excellent customer service disposition.
• Leadership and team-building abilities.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers.
• Follow up with customers on services requested and estimated completion times.
• Oversee complete vehicle inspections and create repair orders with parts sourcing.
• Deliver pricing estimates and promote shop service specials.
• Oversee technicians’ inspections, diagnosing and repairing vehicles.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
