Responsibility includes overseeing technicians, vehicle inspections, pricing, and inventory, with a customer-focused approach. The role requires leadership, communication, and a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of store or service manager experience.
• General automotive knowledge.
• Excellent customer service disposition.
• Good communication skills.
• Leadership ability.
• Team building skills.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while listening to and consulting customers.
• Follow up with customers on services requested and estimated completion times.
• Oversee inspections and make recommendations, build repair orders, source parts.
• Present pricing estimates and promote shop service specials.
• Lead, manage, and train the team in line with company vision and values.
• Supervise up to ten employees.
• Oversee inspections, diagnosis and repair of domestic, European and Asian vehicles.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts.
• Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the facility.
• Other duties as assigned.
