Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a service advisor, preferably in a dealership.
• Able to communicate with customers and manage tasks independently.
• Friendly personality and valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them with their service needs.
• Obtain and update vehicle and customer data.
• Perform vehicle walk-around and document customer concerns.
• Establish a repair timeline and communicate progress.
• Advise customers on maintenance and schedule appointments.
