Job summary

Blaise Alexander Family Dealerships is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to greet customers, document vehicle data, and coordinate repairs with technicians in a busy dealership environment.

You will manage customer communications, timelines, and follow-up while upholding CSI standards and delivering quality service. This full-time role includes benefits and opportunities for growth in a leading Pennsylvania family dealership network.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience as a service advisor, dealership experience preferred.
• HS Diploma or Equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Reynolds and Reynolds or xTime experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them with their service needs and questions
• Obtain and update necessary vehicle and customer data
• Perform vehicle walk-around and documentation of customer concerns to set up the technician to properly diagnose the vehicle and repairs
• Establish a timeline of repair and keep the customer up to date on progress. Communicate with the customer via telephone, email, and/or text message.
• Disclose additional work needed or recommended services and obtain customer signature for those repairs
• Advise customer about the value of car maintenance and review future recommended services
• Build relationship and rapport with the customer to maintain CSI rating
• Schedule future maintenance appointments

Blaise Alexander Family Dealerships are looking for an Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team!

A Day in the Life of an Automotive Service Advisor (but not limited to):

• Greet customers and assist them with their service needs and questions
