Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience as an Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer OR 1+ year as an Assistant Service Manager.
• Proven customer service and sales/up-selling skills.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Comfortable with computers and dealership service systems.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean or near-clean driving record.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a professional, high-quality service experience from check-in to completion.
• Greet service customers and manage inbound service calls.
• Schedule appointments and communicate service timelines.
• Present repair and maintenance estimates clearly and confidently.
• Coordinate repair orders with Technicians and monitor workflow.
• Recommend additional services when appropriate.
• Support daily service operations and administrative processes (training provided to prepare you for Service Management).
• Help maintain parts inventory and enforce service policies.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed.
