Hertrich Family of Automobile Dealerships is seeking an Experienced Automotive Service Advisor / Assistant Service Manager for a full-time position in our Delaware service department. You will greet customers, present repair estimates, schedule service, and coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate, timely work.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience as Automotive Service Advisor/Service Writer or 1+ year as Assistant Service Manager.
• Proven customer service and sales skills.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a professional, high-quality service experience from check-in to completion.
• Greet service customers and manage inbound service calls.
• Schedule appointments and communicate service timelines.
• Present repair and maintenance estimates clearly and confidently.
• Coordinate repair orders with Technicians and monitor workflow.
• Recommend additional services when appropriate.
• Support daily service operations and administrative processes.
