Porsche Audi Volkswagen of Anchorage is seeking a seasoned Parts Manager to lead the three-brand operation in Alaska. You’ll own inventory strategy, gross profit, fill rates, obsolescence control, and team development across Porsche, Audi, and VW, while collaborating with service to align parts supply with demand in a remote market.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in franchised parts leadership, multi-brand experience, strong financial acumen, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of parts manager experience in a franchised dealership.
• Experience managing multiple brands (Porsche, Audi, VW) preferred.
• Strong command of parts financials: gross profit, fill rate, inventory turn.
• Proven leadership and team-development abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead all parts department operations across Porsche, Audi, and Volkswagen.
• Drive profitability by owning gross profit, fill rates, and obsolescence control.
• Manage ordering and stocking decisions considering Alaska logistics realities.
• Develop and hold accountable a parts team with execution discipline.
• Manage OEM parts programs, warranty parts processes, and vendor relationships.
• Build and maintain strong vendor and OEM relationships for parts availability.
• Partner with service management to align parts supply with service demand.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through disciplined receiving, cycle counts, and bin organization standards.
