Job summary

Stellantis in Auburn, Alabama seeks a Project Milestone Keeper to drive milestone assessments for Engine/Gearbox and Powertrain projects, coordinating with design, quality and manufacturing teams to ensure on-time delivery and quality targets.

You will lead milestone deliverables, prepare quotations, schedule assessment meetings, and apply lessons learned to improve standards across programs, with a focus on cost, time, and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of engineering experience including at least 5 years in management.
• Experience in the automotive industry and product development.
• Strong planning, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Establishes the quotation of the deliverables expected for each milestone and to draw up the milestone assessment.
• Arranges the sharing milestone assessment meeting before each milestone to share the synthesis and the quotation of the assessment.
• Arranges, if needed, all the meeting between Maiter (Design, Brand, Industrial, …) and the project to find solutions for a recovery plan.
• Identifies the right method or process to advise the next projects and to improve the standards by using their lessons learned.
• Attends the meeting to improve the method or process thanks to their own lessons learned acquired during the follow up of their projects.
