Job summary

Stellantis Auburn, AL is seeking a Project Quality Leader to own the Milestone Assessment Convergence across SWE and EHE domains, coordinating with Powertrain and Vehicle Engineering to surface roadblocks early and keep programs on track for a robust, on-time launch.

You will run milestone readiness reviews, own Quality KPIs and forecasting, and develop recovery plans with domain teams to protect milestones from Pre-Contract to SOP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in Product Engineering, coordinating SW/HW milestones.
• Team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to challenge senior stakeholders.
• Solid grasp of PDP and SWE/EHE milestone deliverables.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Project and AI-assisted tools.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate project maturity against milestone requirements and KPIs at PDP gates.
• Drive milestone readiness reviews across SWE/EHE.
• Coordinate milestone prep with Powertrain and Vehicle Engineering stakeholders.
• Ensure coverage of all milestones from Pre-Contract to SOP.
• Support teams in resolving roadblocks and feed the Milestone Assessment.
