The ideal candidate has 5+ years of interior design engineering experience, expert CATIA V5/V6 and GD&T knowledge, and hands-on experience launching automotive products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years interior related design engineering experience
• BSME preferred
• CATIA V5/V6 knowledge
• 3DX and Teamcenter knowledge
• Excellent understanding of GD&T standards

Responsibilities

• Assist with new program development by influencing design
• Provide tooling estimates and material suggestions
• Coordinate drawings and manage cost reduction opportunities
• Develop and implement new design concepts
• Maintain up-to-date BOM for assigned parts
• Release final designs for manufacturing into Team Center
