Mahindra Tractors is seeking an experienced Interior Design Engineer to contribute to new programs, influence design decisions, and manage tooling estimates. The role focuses on interior hard trims, CG&T methods, and lifecycle management from concept to manufacturing.

Candidates should have 5+ years in interior design engineering, CATIA V5/V6 expertise, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills. A BS degree in mechanical engineering is preferred, with US-based office work expected.

• 5+ years interior related design engineering experience.
• Experience with interior hard trims and related materials.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with new program development by influencing design and providing tooling estimates.
• Develop and release final designs for manufacturing.
• Maintain BOM and manage design documentation in Team Center.
• Conduct cost reduction and quality improvement analyses using DOE or similar methods.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering and purchasing.
