Qualifications

• Knowledge of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles.
• Experience managing PBOM / eBOM structures.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Proven problem‑solving and issue‑resolution capabilities.
• Solid project planning and execution skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize program requirements with interior theme styling.
• Lead development of initial 3D CAD models and CAD0 releases.
• Drive logbook issue resolution and track open items.
• Support NVH activities for interior trim systems.
