Tiltedge Solutions is seeking an experienced Interior Mechanical Design Engineer to develop automotive interior components using CATIA. You will create 3D models and 2D layouts for parts like door trims and headliners, balancing styling, safety, and manufacturability.

You'll collaborate with styling studios, suppliers, and cross-functional teams, review quotes, and support validation and design reviews to ensure mass production readiness.

Qualificações

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Experience: 5+ years in automotive interiors.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CATIA V5/V6.

Responsabilidades

• Mechanical Design: Create 3D models and 2D layouts using CATIA to develop interior parts (Door trim, Headliners, Carpet).
• Part Development: Design interior trim/mechanical components balancing styling, safety, and manufacturing constraints.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Negotiate with styling, testing, and purchasing to meet requirements.
• Supplier Coordination: Work with suppliers to set design targets, review quotes, and confirm specs for mass production.
• Validation: Support part and vehicle verification processes and conduct design reviews.
