Job summary
Mercedes-Benz USA is seeking an experienced Technical Case Manager to provide direct online technical support to dealers, diagnose complex vehicle issues, and drive serviceability and customer satisfaction. You will lead root-cause analysis, collaborate with internal teams, and validate repair methods using advanced diagnostic tools.
Applicants should have Master Technician certification, 5–7 years in automotive diagnostics, and experience with high-voltage systems.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent technical training in Engineering/Automotive Technology; bachelor’s preferred.
- Minimum 5–7 years of advanced automotive diagnostics/repair with Mercedes-Benz systems.
- Master Technician certification from Mercedes-Benz or equivalent OEM required.
- Certified to perform work on High Voltage Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct technical assistance to dealers by diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues.
- Lead root-cause analysis of complex technical problems within the assigned technical area.
- Escalate and manage complex cases to MBUSA and internal departments; maintain transparency.
- Coordinate on-site support and validate repair methods for efficiency.
- Share findings and contribute to technical training initiatives.
