Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot engine, electrical, chassis, and transmission systems using diagnostic tools.
• Perform complex repairs and routine maintenance based on diagnostics.
• Explain issues, repair needs, and estimates to customers and service advisors.
• Road-test vehicles to verify repairs meet manufacturer standards.
• Maintain accurate records of diagnostics, repairs, and parts used.
• Collaborate with Shop Foreman and assist others as needed.
