Job summary

The Milwaukee Division is seeking a Mercedes-Benz Automotive Technician to maintain and repair premium vehicles, applying precision, diagnostic skills, and customer-focused service. You will work in a dynamic dealership environment that rewards excellence.

Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance per MB specs, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues with advanced tools, documenting work, and staying current with MB service updates; ASE certification preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience as automotive technician, preferably with Mercedes-Benz or luxury brands.
• Strong knowledge of engines, transmissions, electrical and brake systems.
• Ability to use diagnostic and computer equipment effectively.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Ability to work collaboratively with customers and staff.
• ASE certification or equivalent is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and complex repairs on Mercedes Benz vehicles according to manufacturer specifications.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues accurately using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with customers and service advisors to explain necessary repairs and maintenance procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following all company and regulatory policies.
• Stay current with the latest automotive industry technologies and Mercedes Benz service updates.
• Document all work performed thoroughly in service records.
