Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; master's preferred.
• 8-15 years software testing experience including test automation.
• Experience collaborating with developers, end users and organizations to create test plans and test scripts.
• Experience configuring necessary hardware and operating environments as needed to complete assigned testing.
• Experience in writing or assisting in the development of test plans and test procedures.
• Advanced knowledge of QA automation frameworks and test tools, including defect tracking.
• Experience in a government customer environment.

Responsibilities

• Partners with the business, product, and development teams, serving as a senior QA resource, through all aspects of the SDLC.
• Provides high level of functionality, usability, and testability expertise during requirements phase.
• Creates the master test plan for multiple projects, including testing strategy and schedules.
• Writes, maintains, and executes automated test scripts when applicable.
• Leads walk-throughs, inspections, reviews and user group meetings for QA.
• Coordinates with other QA leads on company projects.
• Regularly communicates with Managers any changes or impediments that may impact quality of testing processes.
