Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking an experienced QA lead to implement and manage large QA programs across complex government software systems. You will establish standards, craft test plans, and drive testing strategy from requirements through maintenance, ensuring defect reduction and quality compliance.

You will coordinate with business and development teams, lead reviews, and develop automated tests to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Certified Tester -- Advanced Level (TTA, TA, and/or TM) desired
• 8-15 years professional software testing experience including test automation and/or infrastructure development, test planning, test case design, test methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with developers, end users and organizations to create test plans and test scripts.
• Experience with configuring necessary hardware and operating environments as needed to complete assigned testing.
• Experience in writing or assisting in the development of test plans and test procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA activities across the SDLC, including requirements, design and regression testing.
• Create and maintain master test plans and testing strategies for multiple projects.
• Write, maintain and execute automated test scripts where applicable.
• Coordinate reviews to ensure product testability and plan tests accordingly.
• Document defects and drive resolution with junior staff and QA teams.
