Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to participate in QA activities across test case reviews, requirements and design reviews. You will develop automated test scripts in Java, validate functional and performance requirements, and run automated tests on web frontend and microservices architectures.

You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and the CI/CD pipeline to ensure quality across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Hands-on automated test coding in Java.
• Experience with CI/CD and test automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP web services and SQL.
• Experience with UI, integration, and system testing.

Responsibilities

• Participates in QA activities including test case, requirements and design reviews.
• Executes test events and documents debriefs on test results.
• Develops automated test scripts to validate functional, technical, and performance requirements.
• Works with developers, shared services, and product managers to define automation components.
• Drives test automation techniques within the team and Agile lifecycle.
• Contributes to an atmosphere of cross-functional teamwork in the project.
• Assists with Scrum estimation of stories and sizing of effort for CI requirements.
