Responsibilities

• Presents SMC capabilities to current and prospective customers
• Leads all aspects of the sales cycle and coordinates with internal teams
• Owns and manages customer relationships and growth
• Develops detailed customer action plans and forecasts
• Maintains relationships with key decision makers in target accounts
• Coordinates with CRM and reports ROI using SMC tools
• Travel to customer sites as required
