Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Mechatronics & Robotics Technician in Rockford, IL to lead installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will design solutions, manage projects, and mentor technicians within an Operations Maintenance team.

You will troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, sensors, and control components; oversee safety and cross-functional communication across the facility.

Qualificações

• 4+ years with material handling equipment (conveyors and controls).
• 4+ years preventive maintenance experience.
• 4+ years reading blueprints and schematics.
• 3+ years with CMMS.
• 2+ years with PLC programs.
• Experience leading/mentoring technicians.

Responsabilidades

• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
• Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems and controls.
• Create and close work orders with labor, equipment, parts data.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Mentor junior technicians and provide training.

Conhecimentos

4+ years with material handling equip

4+ years preventive maintenance

Reading blueprints & schematics

CMMS experience

PLC programming

Microsoft Office proficiency
