Invio Automation is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex automation projects from planning through execution. You will work with Sales, Estimating, Finance, and Engineering to ensure successful, on-time delivery while maintaining clear client communication.

The role requires a four-year degree and 5+ years of project management experience, with proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office. You will manage scope, milestones, and project teams to drive value across the production

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Engineering, Business or Project Management.
• Minimum five years of related project management experience.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-time, on-budget delivery of projects with customer satisfaction.
• Define scope, schedule, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Sales, Estimating, Finance and Project Engineers.
• Monitor financial aspects and manage project milestones in ERP.
