Job summary

Invio Automation is seeking a Program Manager in Solutions to lead the planning and execution of complex automation projects for key customers. You will coordinate with Sales, Estimating, Finance, and Project Engineers to ensure clear communication and successful outcomes from start to finish.

The role requires strong customer-facing skills, fiscal oversight, and the ability to drive scheduling, scope, and milestones through a structured ERP environment.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in engineering, business, or project management.
• Experience with large/complex automation projects and manufacturing processes.
• Experience gathering requirements, performing business analysis, and documenting results.
• Willingness to coach and build teams; pursue PM certification(s).

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex automation projects on time and within budget.
• Manage communications with customers and Invio personnel.
• Define scope, schedule, goals, and deliverables with project engineers and customers.
• Maintain project timing, finances, and milestones in ERP; oversee project teams.
• Proactively manage changes, ECOs, and risk with contingency plans.
