Job summary

HAHN Automation Group US, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Project/Account Manager to lead complex automation projects from concept through delivery.

You will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate budgets, and ensure alignment with client expectations while driving profitability and continuous improvement. The role requires 3–5+ years in technical project management, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to lead stakeholders across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Experience: 3-5+ years of project or account management in a technical equipment manufacturer.
• Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills with multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring milestones, quality standards and objectives are met.
• Monitor budget, manage change orders, ensure financial transparency and profitability contribution.
• Plan and control timelines, capacities and resource allocation across project lifecycle.
• Steer customer communication and manage stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams, align interfaces, support performance reviews and employee development.
• Ensure process adherence, occupational safety and contribute to continuous improvement and portfolio development.
