Job summary
Resilience is hiring an Engineering Technician to support the Process Execution Team on automated production equipment. You will troubleshoot complex faults, implement improvements, and coordinate with PET Engineers, Operations, and Quality to maintain manufacturing performance.
Responsibilities include code modifications under change control, data system troubleshooting, and ensuring documentation meets cGMP standards.
Qualifications
- Experience maintaining automated production equipment in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Experience with ladder logic and navigating PLC programs.
- Ability to lead troubleshooting to root cause.
- Read diagrams, P&IDs, electrical schematics.
- Experience with SAP CMMS and MRO procedures.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical troubleshooting and equipment performance improvements.
- Lead investigations and studies for deviations with technical assessment.
- Work across automation and data systems including PLCs, SCADA, HMIs, and historians.
- Analyze trends to identify root causes and implement improvements.
- Document maintenance work and ensure SOPs and cGMP compliance.
