Job summary

Dauch Corporation seeks a Senior Programmer Analyst to design, develop, implement, and maintain control systems at the Gallatin, TN site. You will create PLC logic, tune VFDs, and integrate PLCs with HMIs, SCADA, and various automation hardware.

Responsibilities include configuring networks, performing FAT/SAT, commissioning, and ensuring safety standards are met, with limited travel for on-site support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in PLC programming and industrial automation.

Responsibilities

• Create PLC logic per IEC 61131-3 standards using LAD, FBD, ST, and SFC.
• Program and tune VFDs for motor speed and control.
• Integrate PLCs with HMIs/SCADA systems, sensors, actuators, and robotics.
• Configure industrial networks and protocols (EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP, Profinet, OPC UA).
• Perform FAT/SAT and on-site commissioning.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, panels, and I/O; upgrade and maintain programs.
