Job summary

Amgen seeks a Senior Manufacturing Systems Engineer (Automation - BAS/PLC) to lead automation engineers and deliver BAS and PLC-based process and utility systems for a new drug substance plant. You will partner with capital projects, ensure site readiness, and support GMP manufacturing operations in a highly regulated environment.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and familiarity with 21 CFR Part 11, S95, and GAMP 5.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED with 10 years engineering experience.
• Associate’s Degree with 8 years engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 4 years engineering experience.
• Master’s Degree with 2 years engineering experience.
• Doctorate Degree.
