Job summary

Symbotic is seeking an Automation Maintenance Technician II at Manchester, PA to repair and calibrate automated systems, adapters, lifts, and robotic vehicles. You will maintain system uptime and operate CMMS documentation; act as system expert across mechanical, PLC, electrical subsystems.

The role requires at least an Associate degree or certification in electronics or automation, 3+ years of experience with mechanical automation or equivalent training, and the ability to work safely at height

Qualifications

• Associate degree or certification in electronics, automotive, automation, manufacturing or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with mechanical automation systems or equivalent training.
• Experience with PLC and troubleshooting.
• Ability to operate and run automated systems.
• Proficient in following electro-mechanical diagrams.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections on Automated Storage and Retrieval System components.
• Calibrate, repair, and replace system components to maintain uptime.
• Troubleshoot anomalies using diagrams and test equipment.
• Document actions, parts used, and labor in CMMS.
• Ensure safety compliance and 5S housekeeping.
• Operate and oversee automated robotic vehicles and adapters.
